Rates:
Low season: Apr 30 - Dec 20
High season: Dec 20 - Apr 30
Low season and high season prices on our website are per night and for up to six, eight or ten people (depending on the house size / bedrooms). Cleaning fee is not included. Minimum stay is always 7 nights (Cape Coral City Ordinance).
How to calculate your rent:
(Daily rate) x (amount of rental days) + (cleaning fee) + (11.5% Sales and Tourist Tax)
Electricity: Up to $100 per week is included; only excessive usage will be charged upon departure. Cleaning fees vary and depend on the size of the home and the duration of stay.
Example:
Calculation for a Vacation Home with a daily rate of $250, a cleaning fee of $300 and a rental period of 21 days: ($250 x 21 + $300) x 1.115 = $6,188.25
30% deposit - due immediately
70% balance - due two months prior to arrival (if paid by wire)

Included:
If your Cape Coral vacation home comes with a boat dock, you can use it at your own risk to sit and sunbath on the dock. However, if you want to use it for a boat, our permission is needed! In general, boat lifts are not allowed to use, if not on the river (permission needed). Please be aware, that sometimes the owners' boats could be parked on these lifts - even if this was not the case, when our photos were taken.
Smoking, Pets, Changes, Spas, Rental Duration
Garage / Parking
In general, all our homes / garages only offer room for one car. There might be space for 2 cars but that is never guaranteed. Some homes do not even have space for one car in the garage. In addition, bigger cars (like SUV) might not fit into the garages.
Phone
Most guests nowadays only use their cell phones / smart phones. Therefore our homes do not have regular phones / landlines anymore.
